Information you choose to send
If you use the website enquiry form, the information you enter is transmitted securely to WKTRA so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. The submitted message is delivered to WKTRA's Microsoft 365 email system.
Emails may contain your name, contact details, organisation, and information about your enquiry. This information is used to understand and respond to your request, prepare a possible business relationship, and maintain necessary business records.
You may instead choose the email-application option. In that case, the website prepares a draft and your information is transmitted only after you review and send it from your own email provider.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process standard technical information required to serve and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and security logs. WKTRA does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, or marketing analytics on this website.
The enquiry form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish normal submissions from automated abuse. This security service may process technical request and browser signals required to perform that check.
